CWU Annual Sports Day 2025: A Celebration of Spirit, Strength, and Unity

Central Women's University (CWU) successfully hosted its Annual Sports Day on February 10, 2025, at the CWU permanent campus, aiming to promote holistic well-being beyond classroom learning.
The day began with an inauguration ceremony at 10:30 am, featuring Vice Chancellor Dr. Perween Hasan, Registrar Elias Ahmed, and the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Kazi Zahedul Hasan, who marked the official start of the event with a ceremonial release of balloons.

Organized by the CWU Sports Club, the day comprised various outdoor games and competitions.
A total of five sports competitions were held for students, faculty members, and staff, followed by a prize-giving ceremony where the Vice Chancellor and Registrar awarded honors to 15 winners.
The Club moderator, Ms. Mehdina Kabir Tamanna, extends her heartfelt appreciation to all those who contributed to the success of the event. The event concluded with a thanks giving speech by the Vice Chancellor, expressing gratitude to all participants and organizers for their contribution to the success of the day, reaffirming CWU's commitment to holistic development.
