Mock Interview Session - 2019

Interviewing is an important step in the employee selection process. The interview enables the employer to determine if an applicant's skills, experience and personality meet the job's requirements.. For the requirement of Capstone Course BUS 499 : Strategic Management (taught by Ms. Asif-Un-Nahar), a mock interview session had been arranged for the senior students (4th year students) of Department of Business Administration on October 13, 2019 (Sunday) from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm. The purpose of this mock interview session is to overcome the interview phobia and let them be prepared for viva voce. Students submitted their formal resume prior to viva.

Ms. Shubarna Parvin, Chief of Research, Operations, Kazi Media Limited alongwith her two colleagues named as Simi Ahmed, HR officer and Fahmida Tasnim, Operations officer of Kazi Media Limited conducted this session. After the interview Ms. Shubarna gave a guideline and discussed about the students' improvement areas. Some students were highly appreciated for their excellent performances.
