Workshop on Fire Safety and Earthquake Management

The Business Club of Central Women’s University organized a workshop on ‘Fire Safety and Earthquake Management’ on February 16, 2017 as a first step to sensitize students to earthquake and fire safety issues. The workshop was conducted by Khandoker Abdul Jalil, Deputy Assistant Director, Bangladesh Fire Service and Md. Shakhawat Hossain, Community Training Instructor at Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense. Around 200 participants including the Vice-Chancellor Dr. Perween Hasan, faculty members, students, officers and members of the staff attended the workshop.
