From soft skills to success – CWU Career Club empowers tomorrow’s women professionals
Central Women’s University Career Club, in collaboration with Shomvob Jobs, successfully organized a seminar on “Soft Skills as a Key to Female Employment” on 29th September, 2025 at CWU. The seminar was conducted by Mr. Sagar Khalasi, Partnership Lead, who shared valuable insights on the role of soft skills in building confidence, employability, and career growth. Students actively participated in the discussion and gained practical strategies for their professional journey. An E-certificate was provided to all participants. A Free CV Correction Booth was also arranged, where participants received personalized guidance to refine their resumes. The program also included a special recognition segment where the former Career Club President, Mumtareen Jahan, was honored with a certificate, crest and token of appreciation, and the new President,Atika Arufa, was officially announced. We sincerely thank Shomvob Jobs, our distinguished speaker, club executives, volunteers, and all participants for making this event a success.
