Vice Chancellor Dr. Perween Hasan Leads CWU Delegation at International Digital Skills Summit

A group of three representatives from Central Women’s University, led by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Perween Hasan, participated in the Digital Skills to Succeed in Asia (DS2S) Second Regional Networking Event 2025, held from 3–5 September in Leipzig, Germany. The Event was organized by GIZ (German Cooperation Bangladesh) under the project Digital Skills to Succeed in Asia (DS2S). Representatives from 15 Universities of three countries (Bangladesh, India, Vietnam) as well as from GIZ and Leipzig University, Germany were present there. The theme of the Event was “Innovate Together: Shaping Education for the Digital Era” and the moto was “Inspire Change - Integrate Knowledge - Innovate for the Future”. In the opening session, Dr. Perween Hasan presented on “MICROCREDENTIALS FOR LABOUR MARKET, EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN A DIGITAL WORLD”. DS2S Network development, Industry-Academia Collaboration and Innovative Teaching and Learning were the pillars of the Event. The team of CWU made a significant contribution during the sessions. Through its continued engagement with initiatives like DS2S, Central Women’s University remains dedicated to advancing digital skills and inclusive learning in higher education.
