বিজয় দিবস উপলক্ষে আলোচনা সভা
মহান বিজয় দিবস উপলক্ষে সেন্ট্রাল উইমেন্স ইউনিভার্সিটি ১৫ ডিসেম্বর ২০১৯ এক আলোচনা সভার আয়োজন করে। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের উপাচার্য অধ্যাপক ড. পারভীন হাসান এর সভাপতিত্বে অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় মুক্তিযুদ্ধ চলাকালীন অভিজ্ঞতা বর্ণনা করেন সোশিওলজি অ্যান্ড জেন্ডার স্টাডিজ বিভাগের অধ্যাপক ও চেয়ারপারসন ড. মালেকা বেগম। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সভাকক্ষে আয়োজিত এ আলোচনা সভায় বিভিন্ন বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থী, শিক্ষক, কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারিরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
Students' Visit to Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC
The students of Accounting major of Department of Business Administration went to "Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC" Motijheel branch on November 18, 2019 for the requirement of the "International Accounting" course, instructed by Mehdina Kabir Tamanna, Senior Lecturer of Business Administration Department. The students interviewed the officials of foreign remittance department to know the overall processing of foreign exchange transactions, Bangladesh bank's guidelines regarding foreign exchange and online reporting system.

For the very first time Central Women's University Business Club celebrated “Business Day” on November 07, 2019. A day-long celebration was inaugurated by Registrar of the university Elias Ahmed, Treasurer of the university Dr. M. Mufakharul Islam. Industrial tour on "Learning Today For A Better Tomorrow"
Industrial tour is very important for helping students gain practical knowledge regarding functioning of the industry. "Learning Today For A Better Tomorrow", with this motto Central Women's University Business Club organized an Industrial Tour - 2019 for the requirement of Capstone course "Strategic Management" at the factory of Kazi Food Industries Limited. On 30 October, 2019 twelve students from the department of business administration attended the day-long program organized by Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited’s Corporate Invest Wing. The objective was to expertise the students in “Sustainable Development Goal (SGD) and Financial Education” with their role in the financial development of the country. Renowned bankers and trainers presented different topics to the audience. শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ অবদানের জন্যে চার বরণীয় ব্যক্তিত্বকে সম্মাননা জানিয়েছে সেন্ট্রাল উইমেন্স ইউনিভার্সিটি। এই চার গুণী ব্যক্তিত্ব হলেন জাতীয় অধ্যাপক ড. আনিসুজ্জামান, প্রফেসর ইমেরিটাস সিরাজুল ইসলাম চৌধুরী, সাহিত্যিক রাবেয়া খাতুন এবং শিক্ষাবিদ রাশেদা কে চৌধুরী। ১৬ অক্টোবর ২০১৯ (বুধবার) বেলা ১১টায় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মিলনায়তনে তাঁদের এ সম্মাননা জানানো হয়। এ উপলক্ষে আয়োজিত এক অনুষ্ঠানে এই গুণীজনদের প্রথমে ফুল দিয়ে বরণ করে নেওয়া হয়। এর পর তাঁদের উত্তরীয় পরিয়ে দিয়ে সম্মান জানান বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের উপাচার্য অধ্যাপক ড. পারভীন হাসান। অনুষ্ঠানে সম্মাননাপ্রাপ্তদের হাতে মানপত্র ও ক্রেস্ট তুলে দেওয়া হয়। মানপত্র…
